Why LCHF?

While the body holds only ~2000 calories of glycogen, 40,000 calories of fat are ready and waiting to be used for fuel. However, most people have trained themselves to first burn sugars for fuel while leaving these fat reserves totally under-utilized. By training our bodies to burn fat as a fuel source we open ourselves up to a nearly unlimited stream of smooth energy.

How does it work?

By reducing carbohydrate intake and removing heavily processed sugars we stabilise the bodies insulin / blood sugar levels which allows us to access our stored fat as a fuel source.
